Rib Eye (bone-in)

What many consider the top cut of beef especially when on the bone.  A great flavorful, tender and marbled steak.  Goes great on the grill, or pan seared.  These are bone-in and cut at 1 ½” thick and typically are approx. 1-1.5 lbs.
