These packages of marrow bone are specifically designed for those that want only marrow, no meat, and love the flavor and health benefits (loaded with collagen & glucosamine) of 100% grass-fed marrow. We have two styles availabe, cross cut, and canoe cut. Both can be roasted in the oven with salt and pepper and used as butter, or the marrow can be added to your roasted veggies.
