Filet Mignon

One of our best cuts, super juicy and tender! This is a round cut taken from the tenderloin area.  It’s great to wrap in bacon, or top with an herbed butter. These wonderful little rounds of deliciousness are cut 1 1/4” thick, approx. 1/2 lb. and carefully tied by the butcher.
