One of the most popular BBQ/Smoking cuts.  Great for a group of people where it can be sliced and served with or without your favorite BBQ sauce. We have the butcher cut these into halves so they tend to be 3-5 lbs. We have broken them into weight categories so that you can choose just the right size for you.
